Health Education

Located in the Department of Kinesiology and Health Promotion, the Health Education program offers students the opportunity to learn how to plan, implement, and evaluate programs related to health organizations and/or health education. The curriculum engages students in discussions about a number of current health-related issues relevant to the community, state, and nation. Upon completion of the degree, including an internship, students will be eligible for teacher certification in Health Education (grades 6-12). If you have a desire to help promote a healthy lifestyle, then TROY’s Health Education program is for you! Come and join us- we will change the world!
