Dear Students,
For those of you using our services during the past year by calling our Call Center, using the web site or by using the offices at Dothan, Montgomery, Phenix City, or Troy (Troy processes aid for all sites and locations globally) - please complete a confidential survey. The web based survey software eliminates your e-mail address so that we can neither identify you nor reply to you.
I remind you this survey is for the Financial Aid Office. We do not create checks, disburse checks, or mail checks - that is Student Financial Services (Cashier's Office).
The Troy University Call Center allows us to process forms faster and provide better service to walk in students & their families and have an equal number of personnel focused on answering the phones.
The Financial Aid Offices at Troy, Montgomery, and Dothan process forms, applications, award financial aid, certify loans, and calculate funds to be returned to the lender when students withdraw before 60% of the term/semester. The Phenix City Financial Aid Coordinator provides customer service but cannot enter anything into the system.
