The Master of Science in Human Resource Management (MSHRM) is a professional one-year completion program of advanced study focused on the management of human resources within the context of a global business framework. The MSHRM is for the working professional student. It is very flexible, allowing you to move among online, evening and weekend courses to complete your degree.  

Position yourself as a leader in the field of human resources by obtaining proficiency in contemporary human resource management concepts, skills, best practices and techniques, particularly as they apply to developing and executing strategic human resource management efforts. 

The MSHRM is a non-research oriented master’s degree that equips you to effectively lead, both within the discipline of human resources, as well as across the organization. Success involves being able to assess and respond to your organization’s strategic objectives and ensure that its most valuable resource - its people - are available, capable and effective. 

The MSHRM is the degree for individuals seeking leadership roles in human resource management in business, government, the military and not-for-profit organizations, both in the U.S. and the world over. Opportunities lie primarily in personnel management, employee relations, policy development, industrial training and compensation management.
