I now take my pen in hand to inform you that I am well as to health [G]osey and his family is all well I am going to board at [G]oseys and work on my land two months and then I am going to Flordia Alfred is going to school to Mr Hornida he boards with Hornida Mr Loch wrote to you and sent the letter to Fort Michael Lewis [---- ---] run-away and come back and if you don’t mind you will loose your money I have nothing to write to you but you write to me There is a gradeal of more pleasure in a maried life than in a single life but I don’t think you have tried it long enough to know a bout it I wold like to see you how you look with with a wife The small pock is ragen about Hawkins ville I want you to tell Pollyan if she is not mad I am fore eye don’t forget any thing in a week
