I received your leter this morning which give me great pleasure to hear from you. Though sorry to hear that the power of attorney would not doe, after your going thare I think that this will do Mr Green and Mr Dyer have both assigned it. I am un well and have bin so for same time you must excuse me this time for not writing aney more rite as soon as you get this. Tell Frances houdy for me
