What We Do in the LC
The Learning Center (LC) offers peer instructional support services to learners. LC services are free to enrolled students and include peer tutoring, study support, peer academic skills coaching, and scheduled events specified on our landing page at troy.mywconline.com.
The LC provides trained peer tutors who work with students to develop academic skills in writing, mathematics, and sciences. Tutors work one-to-one or in small group settings to help learners with topics in a range of subjects. Additionally, we present "Love of Learning Events" activities and Atlas Workshops, and lead the annual "Love of Literacy Day" Book Drive to support selected area school libraries and the literacy of young learners.
We are open for consultations during the regular academic semesters when classes are in session on the Troy campus. When Troy campus classes are not in session (during breaks and holidays), the Learning Center is closed.

- Wednesdays (Remote/Virtual Tutoring Schedule): 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Summer Semester Peer Tutoring Schedule
- Monday-Thursday (In-person): 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m
- Fridays (Remote / Virtual only, by appointment): 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
